proper etiquette

When invited to a gathering at a friends home (or busting in to stay the night in Chattanooga), it is a good idea to thank your host/hostess with a small gift.

Etiquette gurus indicate that the gift be something small and one which the hostess will not feel the need to use that night (i.e. dessert or flowers). Some common hostess gifts include wine, candles, and fancy chocolates. A personally made item can also add that extra touch. With a small amount of effort, you can truly make a personal statement.

That is awesome.

Just buzzing through the ether and wanted to drop a line. Almost makes me want to learn cross-stitch.

Almost. :)
