full camel
Banner day!!!My first major milestone in yoga. With the instruction of the lovely and talented Elena, I went into full camel!!! Not that I can really do anything else of note in Bikrim, but this one feat is worth sharing.
I called Janet to share in my joy, but she was not home. So I told Shaun who responed with, "you have full camel toe?"
Oh, Shaun.

Wow! I remember they day i got regular camel. I was elated! I didn't even know about full camel. way to go!
